Loresa Reserve my spot

The deliverable is the AI’s work. Loresa keeps yours.

Your judgment calls, your choices, the connections you drew, the ideas you fed in: what actually shaped the result, and what disappears when the session ends. Loresa is the memory of your work with AI: structured, owned, reusable from one session to the next.

the problem

You’ve felt this.

You work with Claude every day. You make the calls it can’t: what matters, what to cut, how the pieces fit, which idea is worth chasing. The AI produces the deliverable. But the thinking that got you there is kept nowhere.

To reuse it later, two options, both bad: dig back through your source files (slow and tedious), or start again from the deliverable (the thinking itself is gone). And it’s that thinking, not the deliverable, that holds the most value. It’s exactly what you lose.

what loresa is

Not a second brain. The memory your AI work is missing.

Loresa isn’t a notes app you tend for years, and it isn’t a chat log. It’s a tooled framework (a harness) that captures the human input from a session: distilled, not the raw transcript. Your judgment, kept, filed into a system that’s yours.

And keeping isn’t enough: without reliable capture, without filing, without weeding out what’s gone stale, a pile of files isn’t a memory. Loresa does all three. That’s what separates a system from a folder of loose files.

Under every deliverable sits the work that produced it: your judgment. It’s the most valuable part, and the part that sinks when the session ends. Loresa keeps it above the waterline.

how it works

Capture. File. Reuse.

Step 1

Capture

The moment you’ve produced knowledge worth keeping (anytime, not only at session end), Loresa distills the residue: your arbitrations, your choices, the connections you drew. The judgment, not the verbatim.

Step 2

File

It consolidates that into the right place in a vault that’s yours: organized, versioned, searchable. A system, not a folder of loose files.

Step 3

Reuse

Every new session starts from your accumulated knowledge, not from zero. You can run a project across weeks and dozens of sessions, each one picking up the thread where the last left off. Clean context, none of the drift.

Moments that matter.

Three situations you already know:

  1. 01

A project that runs across several sessions.

You split a big piece of work into parts, over days or weeks. Each new session starts from the notes you built along the way, not from zero. The thread is never lost.

  2. 02

The moment you hand things off.

The knowledge one person built doesn’t stay locked in their head or their history: it passes to a colleague or another team, clean and structured.

  3. 03

When Claude forces you to start over.

You hit a limit (the number of images or PDF pages in a conversation, say) and Claude asks you to open a new conversation. Instead of re-explaining everything, you rehydrate the new session from your vault.

Built to be trusted.

Keeping knowledge isn’t hoarding it all: it’s knowing what to keep, what to drop, and who decides. Loresa doesn’t improvise what it keeps. A few principles, set down one by one, govern how it captures.

  1. 01

    You decide, always.

The AI proposes what to keep, you approve. Nothing is written to your vault without your say-so.

  2. 02

The why, not just the what.

It keeps the reasoning that led to the decision, not only the decision. That’s the part that will serve you again.

  3. 03

    Your nuances aren’t flattened.

Your open questions and your hesitations are preserved, not rewritten into false certainties.

Left unguarded, a “not for now” hardens into “we decided no” through repeated rereading, and the reason to revisit quietly vanishes. Loresa keeps it.

  4. 04

    Not a graveyard of files.

It keeps only what will serve again: sorted, filed, not a pile that just grows.

We don’t capture blind.

why it’s yours

Your knowledge, not a black box.

  • The deliverable Keeps only the result.
  • Native AI memory Keeps a little more, but it’s a private black box: not portable, not structured the way you think, not something you can hand to a teammate.
  • Loresa Owned, structured, versioned, and shareable. Your judgment stays yours, on your own disk. Built for Claude, but your knowledge lives in readable Markdown files: it belongs to you and stays legible, even independently of the tool.

Durable and sovereign: the files stay readable, and you keep control.

three pillars

  1. 01

    The value is your input.

Your judgment, not just the output the AI handed you.

  2. 02

A framework, not a filing cabinet.

A durable method, plus tooling that keeps pace with the AI as it changes.

  3. 03

    From improvising to knowing.

You know what you have, you can rely on it, and you can pass it on.

you first, your team next

Yours first. Your team’s when you’re ready.

Loresa starts with you, so your own work compounds instead of resetting every session. When you’re ready, the same system extends to your team: the knowledge one person creates stops being trapped in one person’s session.

What you get.

At launch (July 2026), you receive:

  1. 01

A guided setup that builds your vault for you, no manual configuration.

  2. 02

Claude skills that capture the residue of your sessions, file it, resurface it when you need it, and prepare it for your team.

  3. 03

A vault that’s yours: readable Markdown files, on your own disk, that stay yours even if you change tools.

  4. 04

The method that lasts, plus updates that keep pace with Claude as it changes.

who it’s for

Loresa is for people who do real work with Claude without writing code, and who’ve started to feel their hard-won thinking slip away between sessions.

It’s not a prompt pack or a single skill. It’s the system that keeps what you build.

If that’s you, you’re who we made it for.

who’s behind loresa

I’m Julien, an independent maker, and I work with Claude every day. I built Loresa to stop losing the thinking behind my own work. It’s the productized version of a system already used daily inside a working team, not a concept. Questions? Reach me at loresa.app@gmail.com.

questions

Is it ready? When do I get it?

In development, launching July 2026. By pre-ordering, you lock in the price for the first 100 and you’re served first.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Loresa is for people who work with Claude without writing code. Setup is guided end to end.

Is this a subscription?

No, a one-time purchase. You keep everything. Updates for the first period are included; extending them afterward is optional. If you stop, nothing breaks, the system just freezes.

What if it’s not for me?

Full refund anytime before launch, no questions, by a single email.

What does it work with?

With Claude (Desktop and Code). Your knowledge lives in readable Markdown files: it stays yours, even if you change tools one day.

Where does my data live?

With you, on your own disk. They’re your files, not a black box in someone else’s cloud.

How is this different from building my own system, or approaches like Karpathy’s LLM Wiki?

You can absolutely wire your own, plenty of people do. The difference isn’t the format: Markdown files, no RAG, that’s the common ground for all these systems. It’s elsewhere. First, Loresa captures the judgment you bring as you work (your arbitrations, your choices), not a corpus of external sources to digest. Second, you decide what’s kept, the AI proposes, where these approaches often let the AI write everything. Third, it’s a guided, ready-made product, not a setup to assemble and maintain yourself. If tinkering with your own appeals to you, do it. Loresa is for people who want the result without spending their weekends on it.

Why pre-order instead of waiting?

The first-100 price (€99 instead of €149 at launch), first access, and your pre-order tells us it’s worth building.
